Land Use/Redevelopment

We serve clients on a wide range of matters, including site plans, variances, subdivisions, developer agreements, rezoning applications, master plan changes and related litigation.  We have been involved in a variety of residential, commercial and industrial projects, including, hotels, shopping centers, big box retail, restaurants, office complexes, medical facilities, religious facilities, banks, and single-family and multi-family residential projects. 

Serving developers, landowners, builders and lenders, our firm navigates through all pertinent regulations, requirements and policies governing the approvals and permitting process at the state, county and municipal levels.\ We represent clients in all stages, including: negotiations of purchase and sale agreements for residential, commercial, industrial and mixed uses, land and building acquisitions and sales, applications to the Committee on Affordable Housing (COAH), financing, land title and land ownership issues, development, redevelopment and leasing.
